CMTO's OSCE & MCQ Examination Preparation & Review
College of Massage Therapists of Ontario require Massage Therapy graduates to pass the OSCE (Observed Structured Clinical Examination) and MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) Exams to become RMTs (Registered Massage Therapists). OSCE will be 12 days in-class, while MCQ will be hybrid (online and in-class).
Cranial-Sacral Therapy Techniques
Continuing education class for healthcare practitioners. Learn the techniques on how to enhance and treat some brain and nervous system conditions. The workshop will cover basic and advanced Cranio-sacral therapy, including intra-oral techniques. This is an in-class 4-day workshop.
Visceral Manipulation techniques
Continuing education class for healthcare practitioners; techniques on how to treat and improve functions of viscera (abdominal organs) to prevent any pathologies and improve quality of life. This is an in-class workshop.
Joint Mobilization techniques
Techniques on different joints to improve mobility and ranges of motion. This is an in-class workshop.
Orthopedic Assessments Workshop
Review or learn different Orthopedic tests used for assessing any body conditions and/or pathologies. This is an in-class workshop.
Myofascial Cupping Therapy
Workshop on how to use cups to reduce any myofascial restriction in the human body, and improve circulation. This is a 1-day in-class workshop.
Soft Tissue Therapy
Learn about GSM (General Swedish Massage) as well as techniques on finding and treating trigger points that causes pain in the muscles. This is a hybrid class (online and in-class).
Muscle Anatomy Workshop
Learn or review everything about our body's muscles attachments, fiber directions, innervations, and actions. This is a hybrid class (online and in-class).
LASER Therapy Certification course
Get certified as Laser Therapist by learning anatomy, assessments, and how to treat different pathologies using LASER Therapy (LLLT) or Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT). This is a hybrid course (online and in-class).
